Our Epoxy and Coatings Laboratory analyzes all classes of epoxies and coating for identification, chemical analysis and physical properties. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and our capabilities in working with the epoxies and coatings industry. The objective material characterization is often to see if the epoxy and/or coating meets the required ASTM classification, DOT specification or Project specification. We provide our clients with the expertise, experience and knowledge to help with the most difficult project, as well as making them feel comfortable with our testing services.
” Our laboratory has performed research, quality control, and certification testing with just about every type of epoxy and coating produced.”
Our Accreditations
Our laboratory is audited and/or inspected by A2LA, AMRL (AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory), CCRL (Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory) and the US Army Corps of Engineers for epoxy and coating testing.
Our laboratory accreditations include: ISO 17025, AASHTO R18 and we are an approved laboratory for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
TEC Services can submit data to ICC-ES (International Code Council – Evaluation Service) for AC 198 Acceptance Criteria for Chemical Admixtures Used in Concrete.
TEC Services works closely with ASTM in the development of test methods, testing guidelines and specification for all types of admixtures.
This list consists of ASTM tests that we perform on a regular basis. If a test is desired that is not listed below please call and inquire for further details.
